Job Description

1) To understand the business process of the Company and to design suitable audit program.

2) To develop appropriate audit plan and audit procedures to achieve audit objectives.

3) To make an independent assessment of functioning of internal control systems and notify the management of weaknesses and quantify, where possible, the inherent risks and make report to management.

4) To ensure continuous audit and internal check at all functional levels in the organization.

5) To document audit findings for managements review and suggest corrective actions where necessary, ensure compliance of actions taken.

6) To prepare periodical audit reports on timely basis for Boards review.

7) To recruit, train, supervise and review the internal audit staff

To carry out functional cost analysis and suggest cost reduction measures.

9) To carry out other investigation or analysis work as management may assign from time to time.
