Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 Kg Paneer
1 Cup Curd
2 Onions
2 Tomato
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 Green Chillies
4 tbsp Cashew Paste
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp Chana Masala
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Cut round slices of tomato and onion. Cut paneer in cubes.
Mix tandoori,chat,chana masala with little ginger garlic paste with curd.
Add paneer cubes and mix well.
Fix paneer cubes in a toothpick.
Put tomato and onion slices around paneer.
Roast them in a preheated oven and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and put ginger garlic paste and green chilli in it.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add finely chopped onion and fry.
Add finely chopped tomato and cook until oil separates.
Add cashew paste and cook for 7 minutes.
Add all the spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add paneer roasted in oven and cook for 5 minutes.
Paneer tikka masala is ready.
Serve hot with naan, chapati.
Paneer Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
8 Slices Bread
1 Cup Grated Paneer
1 Onion Chopped
2 Green Chillies
2 Sprigs Coriander
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
4 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
In a bowl mix grated paneer, chopped onions, coriander, green chillies
Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and keep aside
Take two bread slices put some paneer mixture on one slice
Cover it with other bread slice
Grease the sandwich toaster with oil
Put this in sandwich in toaster and close it
Cook until the bread turns crispy and brown
Paneer sandwich is ready
Serve hot with ketchup
Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Paneer Grated
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Sprigs Coriander Chopped
1 Tomato Chopped
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter
Add onions and the ginger garlic paste. Fry till brown.
Add turmeric powder, green chillies, garam masala, salt. Sprinkle little water.
Add tomato and grated paneer. Cook for 5 minutes
Paneer Bhurji is ready. Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with naan, chapati, poori.
Kadhai Paneer Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 Kg Paneer
2 Capsicum
4 Small Onions
3 Big Tomato
2″Ginger Grated
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Bay Leaves
4 Cloves
2″Cinnamon
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Cut paneer into cubes.
Chop capsicum and tomato in small pieces.
Make a paste of onion, ginger, salt, red chilli, turmeric, cloves and cinnamom.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bay leaf then add onion paste.
Fry on low flame till oil begins to separate.
Add capsicum and cook for 4 mints.
Add tomatoes and paneer cubes.
Cook on low flame for 5 mints.
Kadhai Paneer is ready.
Serve hot with naan, paranthas.
Chilli Paneer Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 Kg Paneer
2 Onions Chopped
1/2 Cup Corn Flour
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
2 Sprigs Coriander
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Green Chillies Sliced
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Oil
Procedure:
Cut small cubes of paneer.
In a bowl mix paneer cubes, red chilli, salt, corn flour, garlic, ginger.
Sprinkle few drops of water so that paneer cubes are coated in the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated paneer cubes till golden brown.
Heat oil in deep and fry the onions for one minute.
Add the turmeric, green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, paneer cubes.
Stir well and garnish the chilli paneer with chopped coriander.
Chilli paneer is ready.
Serve hot with chapati, naan, rice.
Bread Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Sooji
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Onion Chopped Finely
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a bowl and mix bread crumbs, sooji and curd
Add salt, baking soda, onions, green chillies. Mix well
Grease the idli plates with ghee
Pour the mixture over them and steam cook until thoroughly cooked
Bread idli is ready
Serve hot with chutney
Sabudana Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Cup Sabudana
1 Cup Sooji
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Small Carrot Grated
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak sabudana in water for 5-6 hours
Make a fine paste of soaked sabudana
In a bowl mix sabudana paste, sooji, curd
Add chopped green chilles and grated carrot.
Add salt and baking soda. Mix well the idli batter
Grease the idli plates with ghee
Pour the mixture over them and steam cook until thoroughly cooked
Sabudana idli is ready
Serve hot with green chutney / sambhar
Aloo Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Cup Boiled Potato
1 Cup Sooji
1/2 Cup Curd Sour
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Spring Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ghee
Procedure:
Peel and mash the potatoes. Add salt and mix
In a bowl sooji, curd, green chillies
Add salt, baking soda, chopped coriander and mix well
Grease the idli plates with ghee
Put the idli mix over them. Put a small ball of potato mix
Pour some idli mix over it to cover
Thoroughly steam cook
Potato idli is ready
Serve hot with sambhar
Corn Idli Recipe

1/2 Cup Boiled Corn
1/2 Cup Sooji
1/2 Cup Curd Sour
1 Onion Chopped Finely
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Spring Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ghee
Procedure:
Grind the boiled corn into a fine paste
In a bowl mix corn paste, sooji, curd, onion, green chillies
Add salt, baking soda, chopped coriander and mix well
Grease the idli plates with ghee
Pour the mixture over them
Thoroughly steam cook
Corn idli is ready.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Green Dal Idli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Green Moong Dal
1/4 Cup Grated Coconut
1/2 Cup Curd Sour
1 Onion Chopped Finely
2 Green Chillies Chopped
4 tbsp Coriander Leaves Paste
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Ghee
Procedure:
Soak moong dal in warm water for 3 hours and grind it into a fine paste
Mix dal paste grated coconut, onion, green chillies and salt
Add curd, baking soda, coriander leaves paste
Grease the idli plates with ghee
Pour the mixture over them
Thoroughly steam cook
Green Dal idli is ready
Serve hot with chutney
